    At TLE, we champion Learning Needs Assessment (LNA) as the basic tenet of a learning process. For individuals, LNA enables one to gain a deeper clarity in self via an honest assessment. This clarity empowers one to be discerning in the learning choices and see beyond limitations.

    Because it is the basis of our professionalism, we encourage the use of LNA. Nonetheless we offer the flexibility to make LNA optional. To spread the benefits of LNA, we are giving it as a value-add service at no additional cost.

    We do an annual review with clients. With every completion of a program, we assess the effectiveness and quality of the recommendation. It is our vision to be a partner in the growth of our clients.
